Dr. Rashmi Halker Singh is a fellowship trained, board-certified headache neurologist at Mayo Clinic. She completed medical school at Wayne State University and her neurology residency and headache fellowship at Mayo Clinic, before joining Mayo Faculty. She is currently the Headache Fellowship Program director at Mayo, and splits her time between seeing patients, engaging in clinical research, and participating in the education of medical students, neurology residents, and headache fellows. She is also co-director of the Mayo Clinic Headache Symposium, held every other year. She is also very involved with the American Headache Society, where she and was named an Emerging Leader by the American Headache Society in 2016. For the American Headache Society, among other things Dr. Halker Singh chairs the Women’s Issues Special Interest Group and helped spearhead a Women’s Leadership Development course. She has published numerous peer-reviewed publications, patient education materials, and book chapters on topics pertaining to migraine and other headache disorders.
