Biography

Dr. William G. Haynes is Professor at the University of Iowa. Dr. Haynes attended the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, completed a residency program at the University of Leicester, and received postgraduate training in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Edinburgh. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Haynes has published articles in various scientific journals, including The Lancet and Circulation. In addition, Dr. Haynes serves on the editorial board of Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology as Associate Editor. He is a Fellow of the American Heart Association.
