Biography
Dr. Kiel is Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Director of Medical Research in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged Joint Center on Aging. Dr. Kiel conducts research focused on osteoporosis and related fractures, including epidemiology studies, genetics, and large scale intervention trials. He was a contributing author on the recent Surgeon General's Report on Bone Health and Osteoporosis.
