Biography

Dr. Karen Krueger is an instructor of infectious diseases at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She is the medical director of Northwestern’s travel and immunization clinic and has a clinical and research interest in vaccines. Dr. Krueger has been very involved with the local response to COVID-19. She is the principal investigator of a COVID Prevention Trials Registry to match interested participants to clinical trials and will be an investigator on upcoming COVID-19 vaccine phase III clinical trials. Dr. Krueger is also an investigator for the NIH Adaptive COVID-19 Treatment Trial (ACTT).
