Biography

Dr. Daniel Lee is the Medical Director of the Sleep Research Center of Baptist Health System, KY. Dr. Lee completed his Neurology training at Barnes/Jewish Children Hospital of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and his Sleep Medicine Fellowship at The School of Sleep Medicine at Stanford University in California. He is board certified by the American Academy of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. His major research interests are Circadian Rhythm Physiology, Studies on the pathophysiology of Willis-Ekbom Disease and Augmentation utilizing D-3 gene knock-out mouse mode and pharmacologic therapy intervention. Dr. Lee has published extensively on the Willis-Ekbom Disease. Dr. Lee has been featured in the M.D. News, Medscape and Focus magazines. He has presented at various national and international conferences including the International Conference on Translational Medicine Research in Beijing, China and the 13th International Congress of Parkinson Disease and Movement Disorders in Paris, France.
