Biography

Dr. Preston is a specialist in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and is the Director of the Pulmonary Hypertension Center at Tufts Medical center in Boston, MA, an accredited Comprehensive Care Center by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. She has published more than 70 papers on the topic of pulmonary vascular disease and pulmonary hypertension and has contributed to several books on this topic. She is the principal investigator for several clinical trials in pulmonary hypertension and the chair of the Pulmonary Vascular Disease Interdisciplinary Network of the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation. She serves on the editorial board of Pulmonary Circulation, American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, European Respiratory Journal, and Advances in Pulmonary Hypertension. She is a co-author of the World Symposium for Pulmonary Hypertension guidelines for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension (2013 and 2018).
