Biography

Dr. Leslie Saltzman, DO, MBA, is the vice president of Consumer Health Solutions at Labcorp, where she leads product strategy, clinical innovation and solution development across Labcorp's consumer health portfolio, including Ovia Health and Labcorp OnDemand, and serves as a medical discipline director. Prior to joining Labcorp, Dr. Saltzman held leadership roles in population health, clinical AI, and decentralized clinical trials, including VP of medical affairs at TrialSpark, where she developed automated clinical screening tools and real-world data strategies to accelerate patient recruitment. A board-certified internist who continues to practice medicine, Dr. Saltzman brings a grounded clinical perspective to her work in consumer health and diagnostics. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College, a DO from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from NYU Stern.
