Biography

Dr. Savage is a full time clinical physician practicing rheumatology for over 10 years at the University of Miami Sylvester Center in Deerfield Beach. She specializes in the treatment of scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. She completed her rheumatology fellowship at Duke Medical Center. While at Duke medical center, she helped to publish a chapter focusing on rheumatoid arthritis and assisted with research in scleroderma and use of rituxan and cellcept in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. She completed her internal medicine residency in 2001 at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital and completed her medical degree at University of Maryland Medical Center. She has two beautiful children and plays beach volleyball as often as possible.
