Biography

Marianna Sockrider, MD, DrPH is a board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. She has a doctorate in Public Health in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and is a voluntary faculty member at UTHSC-Houston School of Public Health. Dr. Sockrider is Chief of the Pediatric Pulmonary Clinic at Texas Children's Hospital. She is Associate Web Editor Patient Education for the American Thoracic Society and serves on the board of the National Asthma Educator Certification Board.
