Biography

Teresa Soriano, MD is a Clinical Professor of Medicine/Dermatology and a board certified, full-time dermatologic surgeon at the Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She received her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Biology from Georgetown University, followed by her Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency and Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at UCLA where she has been on the faculty since 1999. Dr. Soriano specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery. Her clinical interests include the management of high-risk non-melanoma skin cancers and cutaneous malignancies associated with solid organ transplantation and chronic immunosuppression. She has served as UCLA’s Director of Dermatologic Surgery since 2012 and currently serves as the dermatologic surgeon in UCLA ‘s Melanoma Program and Head and Neck Cancer Program
