Biography

Nicholas A. Tritos is a staff physician neuroendocrinologist in the Neuroendocrine and Pituitary Tumor Clinical Center and a faculty member in the Neuroendocrine Unit at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston. He serves as Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Tritos’ main clinical and research interests include pituitary disease, growth hormone deficiency in adults and regulation of energy homeostasis. He mainly conducts clinical research focusing on pituitary tumors and growth hormone deficiency in adults. Dr Tritos has served on several national and international Committees in professional organizations, including the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and the Pituitary Society. Dr. Tritos has authored over 130 peer-reviewed publications and 26 book chapters. He serves as Associate Editor and editorial board member for several professional journals. He has an active research portfolio focused on clinical research.
