About 85% of women report experiencing some form of menopausal symptoms, which can be particularly troubling and significantly impact quality of life. The purpose of this presentation is to define what menopause is, explore how to diagnose menopause, and provide evidence-based guidelines on the management of symptoms with both hormonal and alternative therapies.
