Overview

This session will address the most common and pressing questions PCPs have about wound care, with a focus on evidence-based practices, early identification of high-risk wounds, and interdisciplinary referral strategies. Attendees will gain practical tools to improve patient outcomes through timely intervention, updated knowledge on novel therapies, and enhanced coordination with specialty care.
