Overview

Primary care providers (PCPs) are often the first point of contact for patients with chronic wounds and infections. This session will address the most common and pressing questions PCPs have about wound care, with a focus on evidence-based practices, early identification of high-risk wounds, and interdisciplinary referral strategies. Attendees will gain practical tools to improve patient outcomes through timely intervention, updated knowledge on novel therapies, and enhanced coordination with specialty care.
