Overview

This is a ticketed event, capped at a maximum of 40.

The neurological exam can be a practical tool to help the primary care physician (PCP) identify patients for neurological referrals and the acuity of such referrals. Through case-based scenarios, participants will learn the evaluation of tremor, dizziness, and neuropathy, and when to refer urgently.

  • Perform a focused neurological exam for primary care settings
  • Classify common neurological presentations, such as tremor, dizziness, and neuropathy
  • Identify history and exam features that warrant an urgent or routine neurological referral
  • Recognize red flags for emergent evaluations
