Primary care clinicians have the great privilege of longitudinally caring for people of all backgrounds and walks of life. How we engage our patients around their health goals, needs, and barriers plays a critical role in building rapport and advancing health equity. This session outlines a holistic approach for maintaining affirmative communication and cultural humility to address key drivers of health outcomes.
