Biography

Michelle Garside is a brand architect, strategist, and speaker who helps physicians and experts translate clinical excellence into influential public platforms. She began her career building pharmaceutical brands during Phase III clinical trials, then led U.S. and global launches for therapies at Novo Nordisk, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson - working at the intersection of science, regulation, and storytelling. After corporate life, Michelle co-founded Soul Camp Creative, a nationally recognized agency she led for 14 years, partnering with physician authors and clinicians to build credible personal brands, book platforms, and speaking careers. Her work and insights have been featured in Forbes, TIME, Fortune, Inc., Oprah Magazine, and Good Morning America, and she has spoken on stages including the Milken Global Conference, Lincoln Center, and academic institutions such as Fairfield University + NYU. Today, she works independently with healthcare leaders expanding their impact through books, media, and thought leadership. She is the author of the forthcoming book NOT AWAKENED (Hachette, 2027).
