Biography

Bligha Noor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. She attended the University of Houston, the University of Texas Health Science Center, and the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is board certified as a nurse practitioner and a nurse educator. Bligha is committed to advocating for her patients and provides care at the Harris Health System. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys working out, going on walks, and cooking.
