Biography
Dr. Kenny Perez is a board-certified adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist and serves as Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Elevate Psychiatry, a multi-site behavioral health organization across Florida. In this role, he has helped lead the expansion of evidence-based psychiatric services, including medication management, psychotherapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, Spravato treatment, and emerging intensive outpatient models. Dr. Perez has extensive experience developing integrated behavioral health programs in collaboration with primary care organizations across the state, including partnerships with Cano Health and CenterWell. Through this work, he has helped tailor psychiatric care models for medically complex older adults, including seniors living with depression, anxiety, cognitive disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other neuropsychiatric conditions. In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Perez serves as a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Miami, where he contributes to the education of psychiatry trainees in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based clinical care. His work focuses on improving access, quality, and outcomes for patients across community, primary care, and specialty behavioral health settings.
