Biography

Astrid Pujari, MD is double board certified in internal medicine and integrative medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine at Virginia Mason Franciscan. She wrote a health column for the Seattle Times, has been featured on radio and television, including Fox News and King 5 as a mind-body expert, and has written two books, Healthy Knee Book, and Healthy Back Book. Her passion is to serve a vision of medicine which encompasses the full, holistic range of our being.
