Biography

Dr. Waheeda Samady is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a Hospital Attending at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She is the Co-Director of Clinical Research at the Center for Food Allergy & Asthma Research (CFAAR), where she leads studies on the prevention and management of atopic conditions in young children. Her work also focuses on developing educational resources to better support families and pediatricians. Dr. Samady completed her pediatric residency at the University of California, San Diego, where she served as Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hospital medicine.
