Biography

Dr. Matthew Yang is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and a primary care physician at the Baylor McNair Internal Medicine Clinic. He earned a degree in biochemistry from Rice University and completed his internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, with clinical interests in medical weight management, preventive medicine, and LGBTQ+ health. His hobbies include weightlifting, jogging, and exploring new places and foods.
