Biography

Dr. Jessica Zimo is a General Internist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Her clinical work centers on women's health across the lifespan with a particular focus on care around the time of pregnancy, especially for patients who have experienced Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes (APOs). She is the Clinical Director of the Bridging the Gap program at Northwestern, a referral pathway enhancing postpartum transitions of care between Obstetrics and Internal Medicine for patients with APOs. In her role as Residency Associate Program Director, she assists in co-leading the program’s Women’s Health Track and provides both faculty and medical trainee education to facilitate high quality postpartum care.
