Overview

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are almost ubiquitous and are found in makeup, hair care products, water bottles, food storage containers, rubber gloves, and much more. EDCs have particularly impacted women of color’s health, and some have linked higher rates of obesity, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, and breast cancer to its exposure. We will look at this topic and examine the evidence as well as explore solutions.
