Our Commitment

All communications and behavior at Pri-Med Southwest should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds.
Be kind and courteous to others. Don’t insult or disparage attendees, exhibitors, speakers, or staff.
Behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
If participants are found in violation of these requirements they may be asked to leave the Event without a refund at the sole discretion of Pri-Med.
Your support is needed to help us enforce these rules and we invite you to let us know if you experience or witness any problematic behavior by contacting any onsite member of organizer’s staff who will ensure the matter is addressed. You may also email support@pri-med.com with any concerns you have.
You can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and AANP contact hours of continuing education. AANP pharmacology credits will be awarded based on the pharmacology content of the courses you attend. Pri-Med also works with the AAFP to determine Live AAFP Prescribed credits.
Coffee is provided each morning outside the session rooms and water stations are located throughout the venue. Food options include a limited number of boxed lunches provided by Pri-Med at the Industry Theaters and additional concessions offered for purchase by the venue.
The registration rate ranges from $129 for the early-bird rate to $165 for the advance rate for all three days of the conference. Medical students and residents are welcome to register at no cost, but CME/CE credits will not be awarded to these registrants. There are no single day rates available.
Industry Theater tickets can be added to your existing registration beginning approximately six weeks before the conference.
- Log in to the Registration Resource Center with your Badge ID and click View your registration.
- Select the Ticketed Events that you would like to attend during the conference, then complete the checkout process.
- That’s it! Your tickets will print out with your conference badge when you check in at the conference.
So that we can provide all Pri-Med attendees with the optimal learning environments, children over the age of two are not permitted at the conference. Accommodations will be made for new mothers.
